For Monthly Subscription:
Full refund / exchange of services is available within the first three (3) business days of activation.
For multiple-months discount subscriptions:
Subscriber may request for a refund anytime during the subscription period. If you terminated before the term ends, the amount refunded to you would be your original payment less the monthly subscription already used calculated at the regular price.
Any such requests must be made by sending an email to chineseworldnet.com at email@example.com or, calling chineseworldnet.com at 1-866-833-5517, between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Pacific time.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Subscriber may terminate the service at least seven (7) days prior to the end of month of subscription. Such cancellation shall be effective as of the last day of the then current billing period. Any cancellations received afterward are not guaranteed to be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Any termination request must be made by contacting our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-866-833-5517, between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Pacific time.
